Kazoku – Family

All descendants of a common ancestor. Family is a group of people who want as well as choose to be together embraced by a bond so powerful and strong that not even the slightest test of trials or troubles can breach.

• The Bushidokan Gathering preserves the Spirit of Master Okazaki
• We continue the study, growth and propagation of DanZan Ryu ZenYo BuJutsu.
• We develop and grow bonds among Students, Senseis, Professors and Family
• We learn the connections between Family and jujitsu
• Celebration of Life: Shodai Herb Lague’s birthday and Shodai James Musselman passing

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
»» Friday evening, June 9, 6:30-8:30 PM – Black Belt class at the Bushidokan Dojo.
»» Saturday, June 10, 9 AM to 5 PM – Kyu and Dan classes at the Bushidokan Dojo. Bring your own sack lunch or go out for a quick lunch. Classes through lunch, so No lunch break, you take your break when needed.
»» Saturday, June 10, 7 PM – Dinner At The Nugget, Room TBD
»» Sunday, June 11, 9 AM to 1 PM, Kata Contest at the Bushidokan Dojo (kids and adults).

Sunday Kata Contest: $10 per participant – $20 per team

There are block rooms available for our event at the Nugget, the Rate is $89 per night + $ 12.50 resort fee and 13.5% tax. All together $115 per night – call 775-356-3300 for reservations.
